OBJECTIVES

To spearhead and develop UPM corporate strategy

To establish and implement UPM strategic communication

To develop and execute Marketing and Communication Plan that support the formation of image, identity and reputation that would elevate university branding.

To manage and execute the strategic plan, business intelligence, risk and data management.

To monitor and analyse UPM performance.

To establish expertise group to assist UPM in realizing its vision.
